All subscription fees paid to ShortSnap are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and yearly subscription plans. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
• You will retain access to free features of ShortSnap, if applicable.

3. Exceptions
